Prompt courteous service, car was returned washed, vacuumed and new tire put on to replace the rear passenger tire which had been slow leaking due to picking up a screw. Best of all, no charge because we purchased the insurance coverage for tire road hazards. They even buffed the scrape on the front so it is no longer noticeable. Very happy We drove 2.5 hours (vs. 1 to a closer dealer) to get to Ferman and were very happy we did.
