Service did a good job, was tough to get appointment, would call and then call would get released, and would have to call again. Then after appointment @ 3:45 I get a call and said would have to reschedu would call and then call would get released, and would have to call again. Then after appointment @ 3:45 I get a call and said would have to reschedule you did not have a loaner for me. So I said that was not right, so she rented a car. But Luis did a fine job. More
