We spent hours with Hank, with absolutely no pressure to purchase. Not only was it an informative experience, Hank took the time to introduce me to the current owner of the vehicle we were considering, and also the owner of the dealership. Cannot emphasize the royalty style treatment given us. It was an experience that I surely doubt one would find at another auto dealership.
