After being misled by other dealerships, Hank was straight to the point, honest and a pleasure to work with. He had all the paperwork ready to go when we arrived at the dealership. There was a recall on something on the car and he made sure it was taken of before we drove off with the car. In fact, we were not able to wait for the issue to be taken care of, so Hank actually drove the car to my house 30 miles away to personally deliver the car to my front door!! Talk about customer service!!! Our whole experience at this dealership was pleasurable. I love my new car and will for sure recommend this dealership to friends looking for a new car.
