James did a great job showing us the California and explained that if I wanted a new one I could buy the incoming demo model...but had to act fast today!! When we returned for the car...with my grandkids, he was great again. took time to explain the new California and gave the kids a couple of Ferrari hats...to replace their Porsche ones. He also followed up aftert the sale to make sure everything was ok. In the first few days we managed to screw up the roof openning mechanism and he advised what to do, get the car into fix and Gino took care of that and had the car driven to the shop and back.
