I've bought many new cars and NEVER has the negotiated price of the car rested on the amount financed. They refused to even talk to us unless we could commit to at least 2 hours of time with them AND a quote of the exact amount of money being put down. After explaining we were going to put down 25% of the cost we were told to come back when we had more time. I bought a car from this dealer 6 years ago and I thought I would have the same professional people working with me. I see I was wrong. Apparently the dealership is not run by the same people as before or people Ford would want to represent them. More
I visited this dealer to purchase a new car, 2011 model. I had two trade in cars, and was going to finance a new car. PROBLEM#1 In my first visit, dealer gave me an approximate trade in price for both my I had two trade in cars, and was going to finance a new car. In my second visit, I decided on purchasing the card, but they did not hold their promise and told me that the max price they can give was $13k and $11k. PROBLEM#2 I said OK to these prices and they told me that they can bring the car to me in max two days. We had some further discussion on prices and agreed on everything. At that time, they gave me two options 1. I could buy a 2010 model which was $4000 cheaper (but they declined to apply this difference on the total amount) 2. I can wait for 4-6 weeks to order a new car. This whole process took 2 and half hours. I went to other dealer, and both the 2011 model car for a cheaper price and higher value given to my trade ins. So when I went to Fette Ford just looking to see what vehicle options were available, I feel lucky many and I was not a person eager in this process. So when I went to Fette Ford just looking to see what vehicle options were available, I feel lucky to have met Fabian as my salesman. I didn't feel pressured, and he was extremely patient with my multiple questions and requests. He walked me through the process step by step and made sure that I had full knowledge of how to work all of the prime features that were installed. I feel that I made a great choice in purchasing an SUV from Fette and would definitely visit again to purchase another vehicle. More

I recently purchased a ford escape and i have to say this place really made it easy for me. I walked in, spoke with one of the sales reps and told him that i didn't want to be pressured and wanted to look a place really made it easy for me. Explained everything to me and i was interested in the car. I told him that i wasn't going to buy that day and he didn't pressure me into anything but insisted that i would love the payments on the car. The place was extremely busy yet the sales guy and managers were all able to help me out. I was able to negotiate while i was still comfortable. I was able to go in negotiate for the car trade my old hunk of junk in, and drive away in a brand new car all under 2 hours. If anyone is interested in a new car, i would recommend this place. More
This is the home of bait and switch. After being here for several hours we finally made a deal. Mind you I get cars via x-plan so you would think it would be easy but not at Fette. Once we made a deal of $1500.00 down and $296.00 per month on a car I thought everything was a go. After all 3 managers came over and shook hands on it. Well after waiting 2 hours they came back to me and said I needed to put $3000.00 down and my payment would be $340.00 per month. This is not the first time this has happened when they make a deal then come back and say I need to pay more. The manager told me to take it or leave it so I left. DONT BUY FROM FETTE BOYCOTT AND DRIVE THESE JERKS OUT OF BUSINESS More
