Smooth Car Leasing Experience! We were coming to the end of our lease from a '13 Optima. When the '16 was released I was impressed with the redesign and all the improved features. My wife loved the interior of the Launch Edition and exterior was the color we originally wanted from the 1st Optima we leased (White, but we got grey). I had my sights on a few other vehicles, but our sales rep, Tony Catalano was enthusiastic to keep us as a customer. Tony ordered a '16 Optima Launch Edition and called me as soon as it was in. Working with Tony was a pleasure. He is a busy guy since he is attentive to his clients but he always managed to answer my calls with any questions or requests we had! So far we love our new Optima! He facilitated everything, gave me expert data on safety, not only on the Fords I considered, but also competitors, and really helped me choose the best vehicle for me. Besides showing me the vehicles and taking me for the test drives, he even drove home with me to pick up my trade-in vehicle and brought it back to the dealership, which saved me another trip.
