He took care of all the necessary paperwork, including everything necessary for the return of my previous lease, and ensured all the rebates I was entitled to where applied, as well as everything necessary for a vehicle I was trading in. He facilitated everything, gave me expert data on safety, not only on the Fords I considered, but also competitors, and really helped me choose the best vehicle for me. Besides showing me the vehicles and taking me for the test drives, he even drove home with me to pick up my trade-in vehicle and brought it back to the dealership, which saved me another trip. I recommend him to anyone. He was extremely knowledgeable, and my deal was handled honestly, without any run-around, which I think we all expect a little of when buying a car. The safety ratings of the vehicle I purchased, the value offered by Mitchell through many incentives and discounts, and the flexibility by his manager to help me get the deal I hoped for, left me a very happy customer with no regrets or laments.
