crooks I went in to get some more information about the 2019 Sorento. I test drove the car and everything seemed fine. We talked numbers and confirmed MULTIPLE TIMES during our conversation that the price we were talking about was the out-the-door price (inclusive of taxes, fees, etc.). Of course, when we get to the financing guys, lo and behold, the number on the contract isn't what we agreed upon. They try to pretend as if I never mentioned the words taxes or out-the-door at all, as if I'm the liar. Did you really think I'd chalk up a $5k price difference to sunk cost because I wasted a couple hours there? Don't be fooled by first impressions. They're salespeople and, while seemingly friendly, the only thing on their mind is money. I'll make sure to let everyone I know to avoid this place and any Fette dealership. More
