Painless process It was time to replace our Honda Pilot and we wanted to check out the Explorer. Met Juan Carlos (JC) just before closing time Saturday night. We did It was time to replace our Honda Pilot and we wanted to check out the Explorer. Met Juan Carlos (JC) just before closing time Saturday night. We didn’t feel rushed at all. JC took his time and let us test drive the car, got our preferences and set up the follow up visit so he would have the right vehicles when we came back. Returned Monday morning and fine tuned our selection. Once we chose, it was time for the part my wife and I dread, the negotiation.... JC was patient and professional. We still had to deal with the going back and forth with the “invisible manager” but we got through it quickly. He really did try to push us through it. We got the right deal and JC had the car prepared and ready to go. The whole process was much better than previous experiences at other dealerships. I would recommend Fette Ford and specifically, Juan Carlos if you are in the market. More
