You Are In Good Hands at Fette Ford Salesperson, Mario Castellanos was the best sales person we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Very friendly, warm. Listened to what we wanted, answe Salesperson, Mario Castellanos was the best sales person we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Very friendly, warm. Listened to what we wanted, answered our questions to the best of his ability or found someone who could answer. Called when he said he would, and even answered his phone when we called. Wow! Our only complaints are with the evasiveness regarding certain things. I was not given a specific interest rate on my prospective loan when asked. This was delegated to the Financial Manager. Also, for someone with an exemplary credit rating, I think they should do better with the interest rates on the loans. We had to wait for at least 45 minutes to get moved into the Financial Manager's office to complete the purchase. Not nice to let people sit that long after you have the sale. But when you 1st step into the showroom, everyone is all over you! Overall , a good experience purchase our vehicle. Had my car in less than 2 days. Mario was like an old friend. Good job! More
