Horrible Experience.. First Review. EVER! Where do we begin.. Non-existent car, non-existent part, or non-existent customer service? 1 year ago, I purchased a 2016 Ford Edge from this dealer a Where do we begin.. Non-existent car, non-existent part, or non-existent customer service? 1 year ago, I purchased a 2016 Ford Edge from this dealer and it has been a huge mistake. Initially, I liked driving my new car, until I had an adaptive steering wheel fault error message pop up, which resulted in throttle loss and almost caused me to crash the vehicle with my pregnant girlfriend and friend inside. Mind you, the car only has 5000 miles at this time. It only gets worse upon bringing the car into the dealer. Here i was met by an unfriendly service writer, who was horrible at contacting me back to give any information on my vehicle (until i contacted a corporate customer service manager). I hate doing it but I had to call them and hunt them down every other day just to find out about the car. Well, here's the next problem. Nothing was being done!!! Apparently they lie to customers because the part went from being in transit the first week to being delayed the second week and the third week it just totally fell off of the face of the earth and is now back ordered (c'mon ford..) . Come to find out they do not provide courtesy cars. Two weeks in they give me a shoddy hertz rental (which I have to pay $15 a day on?!?) after demanding one. Keeping the story short, it has been a month since I dropped my vehicle off and there's still no part, no car, no nothing. This is a brand new car I put a lump sum of down payment on and have a monthly payment to give. Do they care? I think not, however let one of us miss a monthly payment because we can't get to work and see how they treat you. I have even contacted corporate and well let's just say that hasn't gotten me far. This whole thing rubbed me the wrong way and I can't wait to get out of this whole ordeal. It's a shame people have to go through something like this. I have honestly been way more patient than most people would have been. This whole experience has been horrible from the beginning and it hasn't even ended. Enough is enough. Please do yourself a favor and put in some research on better dealers. I will never deal with Ford or this dealership again. More

Stay away from Fette like it has the plague I purchased a 2010 Focus in 2009 and purchased the extended warranty. All I got was basic maintenance and oil changes. Then low and behold as soon as I purchased a 2010 Focus in 2009 and purchased the extended warranty. All I got was basic maintenance and oil changes. Then low and behold as soon as the warranty expired I got wacked for front end suspension problems that I brought to their attention !! Really ??? You don't check the suspension system for 5 year's !!!!! After this fiasco I purchased the Ford extended service program thinking that this would solve any future problems. WRONG !!! Went there last June with rear doors that wouldn't stay shut. I was told that it wasn't covered. Fast forward to 8/21/17 I brought the car back (after calling Ford myself and was told that it was covered) and for regular service, they assured me it would only be a couple of days. WRONG AGAIN !!! Called 8/24/17 on the status of the car they reluctantly informed me that the door latches just came in. REALLY ??? and it would be ready tomorrow afternoon. You know where this going. Got a call from Fette Friday afternoon informing me that they can't get the driver side rear door open (they're the ones who got it to stay shut) and would have to send to a body shop to get it open !!! The service manager Brian said hopefully it'll be ready on Monday but he's not sure We're going into the second week and they never did the regular service on it !!!! Know I have to rent a car just to get to work ! I would NOT RECOMMEND Fette to my worst enemy !!!! My advice would be STAY AWAY FROM FETTE ! Avoid it like it has the plaque 😠 More
