Me and my husband visited Fette Ford on July 17, 2017, after a lots of visits on different Ford Dealerships, negotiating on prices on Ford Explorer S Me and my husband visited Fette Ford on July 17, 2017, after a lots of visits on different Ford Dealerships, negotiating on prices on Ford Explorer Sport, and making a research on the vehicles in the same class like Dodge durango, and Jeep Grand Cherokee. Upon excellent recommendation of the friend of ours for the sales representative Ms.Daylin Ojeda, we scheduled an appointment. After meeting all of our needs and expectations, I can say that this dealership - Ms.Ojeda with cooperation with Mr.Ramrup came up with the best deal, the best price on our Ford Explorer Sport. I highly recommend Ms.Daylin to cooperate with. She was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, with a lot of patience, regarding all of our demands :)) Thank you very much Daylin Ojeda - the best sales woman for the excellent service, professionalism, kindness and making our experience a great one. As the title states, this dealership was ultra impressive. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Additionally, they're extremely fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone seeking a Kia and/or Ford. Traveled a distance to go to this dealership and would gladly do it again in a heartbeat for the level of service and commitment shown by their team. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Fette Kia Service - Incompetence and lies Saturday 7/29: My check engine light came on. I called the Fette Kia Service department, during business hours, but the call went to an answering ma Saturday 7/29: My check engine light came on. I called the Fette Kia Service department, during business hours, but the call went to an answering machine, and I left my name, number, and a description of the problem. I asked when I could bring the car in. Tuesday 8/1: No response from the service department, so I went to their website, and there was an option to schedule the service appointment online. I set up a service appointment for Thursday 8/3 at 8AM, and added a question - can I drop my car off on Wednesday evening? I received an email confirming my appointment time, but no answer to my question. Wednesday 8/2 (afternoon): I called the service department to check if I could drop off the car this evening. I spoke to KARISSA BERRIOS. She said that she had no record of a service appointment for me. I explained that I made the appointment online, and she said "Online? Oh, we don't get that information." Karissa made an appointment for me on Thursday 8/3 at 8:45 AM. Thursday 8/3 (afternoon): no news yet about the car. I called to check on the status. Answer - "Oh, we haven't brought it in yet". Later that day, I get a call with the diagnosis - the car needs a new 02 sensor, it's covered by the warranty, but they don't have it in stock. (Really?). I pick the car up that evening, and they say they'll call me when the part comes in. Thursday 8/10: no news yet about the part. I called to check, spoke to KARISSA BERRIOS again. "Oh, let me check. Yes, that just came in this morning. We were about to call you." When can I bring in the car? "The first availability I have is Wednesday 8/16." I've been waiting since 8/3, don't you have anything sooner? "Maybe I could squeeze you in on Monday 8/14, but you couldn't wait for the car since I don't know when we'd be able to get to it". Can I drop the car off the night before? "No, because the lot is locked." I asked to speak to the KIA sales manager. She didn't want to transfer me, but I insisted. The call went to voice mail, I left a polite message explaining that I had a problem with the service department which he should be aware of, and asked him to return my call to get the details. No response.\ Later in the day, I received a letter in the mail, dated Monday 8/7, saying that my part had arrived, please call to make an appointment. So clearly, KARISSA lied to me about the arrival date of the part. And no one here seems to care about customer service. It's clear that they don't bother returning phone calls. Stay away. Find a competent dealer to handle your service needs. More
