Unexpectedly Smooth Sailing Gotta say, I was bracing for the worst about getting a new car serviced so quickly, however, my experience on this trip was actually pretty great. Gotta say, I was bracing for the worst about getting a new car serviced so quickly, however, my experience on this trip was actually pretty great. I made my appointment online, showed up at the directed time, and was walked directly over to a Service Advisor, who had my info pulled up and ready to go. My car is BRAND new, and had developed a glitch in the iDrive system within days of purchase at another dealership (highly annoying!). They updated the software, in less time than had been anticipated. In the meantime, I enjoyed a 'complimentary' made-to-order omelette, used the free wifi, plugged in my laptop, and watched CNN. I'm sure that there could have been some frustrated customers, but my first experience at Fields was quite pleasant! More

They prepared something healthy for me to eat and I continued with my work. The service professional notified me my car was ready, ahead of schedule, and I was on my way. Service team has always been great, fair prices and worked to take care of you. I have previously bought 4 BMWs from them (since 2005), but had to move to another dealer for my most recent 2 BMWs as my previous client advisor had left and the ones currently working with the dealer did not care about my previous purchases or that i was looking to buy 2 more. They wouldnt budge on price, got an offer for $5k less at the other dealer for the 2 cars before negotiations. More
