BAD Exprience It all began at Fields Jeep in Glenview. So as i have mentioned we have tried the S 550, the dealer was nice and friendly, main thing he was not pushy his name is Adam London. I have explained him ll the story, so he being a good employee sent to to their FIELDS BMW. My experience in FIELDS BMW was short, as soon as we have entered the certified pre owned department door we were greeted by the gentleman whose desk is located right in front of the door. WE told him that his colleague from Fileds Jeep have referred us to go check there BMW's out and we would like to make the test drive of X6 and we are looking for the car 2011 - 2013. The answer was short - i don't have nothing used in x6. my question was - can we try the new X6. There was one parked right next to my car. I got The Negative answer (really). He explained that new X6 is completely different with new exhaust system and some intake or w/e. Lord, I am not a pro, wanted to try a car out. I had nothing to say so I just leave with nothing, not happy at all. I thought BMW would have more friendly and experienced team!!! And I promise I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND FIELDS BMW to anyone. More

He is very knowledgeable about BMWs, answered all my questions and provided all the information I asked for via email and text messages. After a week, I flew to Chicago to pick up the car from Fields, I got out of the dealership in 3 hours because Kris had everything ready for me. It was a great experience and I'm looking forward to doing business with Kris in the future. If you want to buy a BMW go to Fields BMW and ask for Kris Mroz. More
I was not planning on buying a BMW as my wife's replacement car. I agreed to stop at Fields BMW because it was convenient and had my wife convinced we should be shopping another car at another pla replacement car. Kris made the deal happen with his polite, knowledgeble and laid back way. He is not pushy. I walked out on two other places because I could not work with the sales person, or I did not trust them. I trusted Kris right away. He makes no excuses for the obvious negatives, which every car has, and knows how to point out the positives in an objective and modest way. This honest approach sold me. The day I bought the car, on the way home, I noticed a couple of minor issues. He had me come back right away and personally helped me take care of them when there was a shortage of mechanics as it was near closing. He never complained or told me I was expecting too much. He wanted me to leave there happy and proud of my new purchase. I have bought many cars in my life, two from Fields. I have never had a more likeable and trustworthy salesperson. I would use him again, and I will absolutely refer my friends, a handful of whom drive BMWs with no particular loyalty to any one salesperson. I am sending an email to those guys this evening. I should also point out that the other salesmen in the showroom were very friendly, greeting us, recalling we had been in the night before, and even showing me and my son a car we were just curious about, after knowing that we had already purchased a car from Kris. I recently brought my BMW X5 in for service and was greeted by service writer Ed Palomeno. I have never been treated so politely and courteously! From the moment I arrived Ed was engaged in my service issues as if I was the only person in the extremely busy service department. He painstakingly explained to me what the problem was and what my options were. He was as concerned about my "pocketbook/wallet" as I was! He concluded the service write by explaining that to me that he would get back to me after the mechanic had a chance to assess the problem. True to his word he called me as promised and explained my options and even offered alternatives! The work was prompt and as articulated. Ed is one of the main reasons I have bought numerous BMW's from Fields! I would not go any where else for service and always ask for Ed when I need service! if Ed is off that day I make sure to return when he is scheduled! More
I've been coming to Fields for a very long time now. It is the only place I will buy/service my vehicle from. Although I certainly can take my car somewhere else I choose to only work with Fields. Anyone can do a good job on the car but what keeps my coming back is the excellent customer service that I'm given at every single visit. The customer service is professional, friendly, and attentive. Everyone that works there from the porters to the ladies in the snack bar to customer service have always had me walking away feeling important. Ed Palomeno and Daphne are the two people I deal with the most upon my visits. They are true keepers and definitely an asset. I have nothing but positive things to say about them both. Within the past 3 weeks I purchased my 4th BMW in 6 years from Fields Auto Group. They offer great salesmanship from Carmen Cabrera, and their service department with Ed Palomeno as my point of contact and B from Fields Auto Group. They go out of their way to accomodate all of our requests and do so in a very respectful manner unlike many other dealerships. I would not buy a car anywhere else, and that's coming from a buyer that lives downtown as well one who chooses to drive to Northfield when service is needed.
