Lord knows the service dept at bmw south has to be the most unbearable group to deal with. Outside of about 3 of them, who for some reason the universe never lets me deal with, the rest make me dread step most unbearable group to deal with. Outside of about 3 of them, who for some reason the universe never lets me deal with, the rest make me dread stepping foot inside. I regretfully bought two vehicles from them which went great. But having those vehicles serviced is a strain on my mental. One of my recent visits the technician went home and never told me if my vehicle was repaired or ready to pick up. I had to talk to someone else about what was done to the vehicle once I got there. The visit after that I left my vehicle there and didn’t hear anything from them. It was a Saturday so I expected to hear something Monday. Nothing. I had to reach out to them at 2pm and finally got a reply. She said she got the approval and was ordering parts. Nothing for the rest of the day. Tuesday. Nothing. Again I had to reach out at about 3:45pm and got a reply. Yes we ordered the parts and they should be here tomorrow. Wednesday. Nothing. I reached out at 3:40pm. Oh I just left the shop and the technician said the part came in damaged. Finally Thursday morning the vehicle was done. My most recent visit 6/12/2023 was a return visit. I took my wife’s vehicle in on 5/2/2023 for a loud noise the engine was making and the fan staying on after the car was turned off. They suggested a cluster of things including the a/c may need to be filled with Freon. I accepted this and the car worked fine for a couple of weeks and the noise started again. Every now and then. And after a couple more weeks it was consistent again. Loud as before. I took it back today with the returning issue that I paid to fix for two weeks as well as the motor overheating. Which is a separate issue because it wasn’t doing that on the previous visit. Now all of a sudden that’s the reason for my problem. If I pay $5,000 to fix that, it should take care of the problem. The returning problem. That they fixed last time. That had nothing to do with the noise previously. Now it’s the only reason. They never addressed the fact that it wasn’t overheating last time but now that’s the reason. I have the absolute worst experiences with this dealerships service dept. Outside of Robert, Deja and Josephine, who is the best and my favorite person to deal with, I absolutely DREAD going here for service. I never want to buy another BMW. If I do it will be from winter park bmw or some other bmw dealership. I really want to reach out to Fields Group and let them know my level of dissatisfaction. More

Found the dealership facilities, very clean, well organized. The staff is very friendly. We are tourists from Canada and I was a little concerned about the car service. I rate that I might require would be would they are travel plans, but they treated us very kindly and understood the dilemma that we were in or the wishes we were in it, that we could get our service done as fissioning quickly as possible and they did they delivered on the as they said on schedule from and that month, thank you very much More
