Excellent service from the Service Coordinator, Deyja. From moment one until the moment I left, she took care of me. Only one complaint - which goes back towards the actual service department. When I went to get into my car and leave, I found one wiper blade in the car and the tow hook cover on the passenger seat. If my car is considered complete, this should have been the condition that I found it in. Of course Deyja attended to it immediately by bringing it to the service dept and explaining to me what happened. But she shouldn’t have been placed in that position by them and their non attentiveness to detail. If the tow hook cover wasn’t in the seat, I wouldn’t even have realized that the tow hook was sitting in the front of my 6 series when I drove away. Josh Bohanan More

Salesman Jay Fitzgerald was superb putting the deal together. I bought the car "as is" & the convertible top failed the second time i opened it. Fields basically said tough luck.
