Poor customer service I have never seen such a lack of customer service at a dealership before. I was looking for a very specific car and found it online here, almost four I have never seen such a lack of customer service at a dealership before. I was looking for a very specific car and found it online here, almost four hours away from home. I spoke to Tyson, their internet manager back and fourth for a few days and scheduled an appointment for a Saturday to work with my schedule. Two days before I was supposed to make the drive up he tells me that the car is on parts hold for a bumper and was taking longer than expected due to the holidays which is no big deal, I understand so I ask Tyson if he can hold the car for me until the part has been fixed and was their policy was $200 a day to hold the car. That means I would have to front $1600 just to hold it due to a delay on their end. Still not a huge deal, but i'm not paying anything on a used car until I at least see it in person. Imagine having a $1000 + deposit on a vehicle only for them to low ball you on a trade in. But what really bothered me was when I checked back in with Tyson about the car a few days later I noticed they had raised the price by $1000 and when I asked about it he said "our vehicles are priced and repriced basically everyday according to market". So not only am I out a vacation day that I used last week for the meeting they canceled on me, they are now asking for an extra $1000 because of an issue on their end. Any other dealership I have used would try to work with their customers but not here. More

have a Ram 2500 that had an oil leak. I work in have a Ram 2500 that had an oil leak. I work in construction and happened to have a few days off and needed to have the truck fixed NOW! I came in on have a Ram 2500 that had an oil leak. I work in construction and happened to have a few days off and needed to have the truck fixed NOW! I came in on December 30th and they took a few minutes to see what as happening, They scheduled me for January 2nd, arranged a loaner car, received all the parts by Friday the 3rd, fixed the oil leak, repaired all the factory recalls and still finished by lunch time on Friday. I didn't even mention the recalls, they stepped up and fixed them since it was there. ANd they kept me informed on the progress on Thursday and when it was ready on Friday. They explained all of the work that was done, why it was done and how it was done. I'd give them 10 stars if could. More
