We paid significant amount (over 1K) for service. Then a week later received a coupon in the mail for 15% off. We were told it’s for a future service, expires in one week and could not be retroactive Then a week later received a coupon in the mail for 15% off. We were told it’s for a future service, expires in one week and could not be retroactive. In any other industry the corporations will allow that discount to be applied and the customer reimbursed. This is pathetic customer service and a bad business practice. We are highly disappointed in this occurrence. Hopefully, this feedback makes a change in your policies. Also, sorry, we are not sure who are service person was and are not near our receipt to look up the name. But we was five star. More
