While the staff is friendly, they seem understaffed. I scheduled my appointment in person. There were at least 3 people present at the time. All looked in my direction to acknowledge me but were also very obviously busy. The first person who completed their tasks helped me. At drop off, they quickly got everything checked in. The biggest disappointment about the whole experience was not due to the staff but something Nissan as a whole needs to be better about. I spent a couple hundred dollars and over 8 hours of my day without a car only to be told the issue was a software update. I asked the staff about this. They said Nissan doesn’t let them know either. This is very disheartening as the public can be alerted about software updates the same way they are alerted about recalls. This can also help take the stress off consumers and employees. Knowing that it is a known issue and is fixable can really help consumers and employees, increasing customer satisfaction and the likelihood they will continue to purchase Nissan cars and recommend Nissan to family and friends. More
