Up charged me for shop rags? What’s next I’m i going to be charged for the tools used on my vehicle as well?. Then charge was added for my free oil change then took it off of the total price why have it included in the first place? Service rep stated I was arguing with him over the 350 doller price that I did not agree too then had trouble explaining the charges. All and all very bad experience. I have been a loyal customer with Toyota with JP as my sales rep, my entire family has bought Toyotas 10-15 vehicles in total. Makes no sense to charge for shop rags it’s a service department of course you should have rags to clean up after yourself. More

I had an appt it took 3 hours this should not be. I'm disabled and can’t sit in one place for very long but can't stand for very long either.
