This is for the service department. The sales department was excellent and they support my Local Military order of the purple heart Chapter 730. We had our 2024 Grand Highlander in for the airbag replacement recall and the hard plastics in the rear side cargo areas were really scratched up. Didn't realize it till later but we hardly use the car. We use it less then 2500 miles a year! More
