Having been a Findlay customer for some 20 years, yesterday was by far my worst experience. My two-hour appointment turned into four hours with absolutely no communication for the first three-plus ho yesterday was by far my worst experience. My two-hour appointment turned into four hours with absolutely no communication for the first three-plus hours. The $325 estimate turned into $1600. I finally retrieved my vehicle and left without the repair. Two individuals outside of the service department did stop by when they saw how long I was waiting to check on me, which I appreciate.
