My Camry Hybrid battery needed replacement. I couldn’t take my car to get a new factory battery installed. The service representative Vincent took fantastic care of me. He understood my inability to come in and proceeded to accommodate me by scheduling an appointment to have a technician come to my home to install a new battery. On the scheduled date Vince called me to explain the technician could not come as planned, but he sent a valet to jump and drive my car to the dealership, coordinated the repair, and had the valet return the car to me. Vince was amazing; he coordinated everything, kept me informed, and was happy to accommodate my needs. Findlay Toyota has been a great experience every time I have had my Camry serviced there. I will continue to go there because of the level of service. More

Original problem, starter going ad. didn't always start. Told I would receive a call or text and I did. Job was quoted around $450ish. received call three hours later saying a new start didn't always start. Told I would receive a call or text and I did. Job was quoted around $450ish. received call three hours later saying a new started was $1,150ish and that they couldn't replicate the problem. Understand that, happens with cars. kept another day and could not replicate problem. Understood. I told them to change the starter anyway because of unreliability issues in the upcoming summer heat. My problem is my expectations were set at $450 and car would be ready that afternoon. Expectations reset 3 hours later for same issue at $1,150ish. Final cost after changing starter was $ 1050ish. Three different prices for exact same issue. No surprises found while repairing. More

I brought my truck in for a trailer backup guide pop-up warning message that was on. After picking it up my camera system was malfunctioning more than when I brought it in. The warning light was cleared but that was it, I still have no trailer backup guide lines, the camera system no longer turns on under 10 mph, and I can't toggle through my camera angles and in case you were thinking it, I did go through my settings. I feel this should have been checked and verified after work was done to insure the problem had been resolved before notifying customer of completion. A 2024 Platinum Tundra truck with just over 3000 miles has to be brought in for a simple warning light issue and can't be repaired properly. Now i will have to take it back in to hopefully get it repaired correctly. This is already becoming frustrating for me. I have taken my vehicles to Toyota for repairs in the past and this was the first time this has happened. More
