The ladies that are located behind the cashier desk are absolutely lazy, rude, and helpless. They will not do anything that involves going a little extra for the customer. All I asked from them was to look up the Toyota Visa Rewards telephone number due to not having any phone service while inside of the Findlay Toyota dealership, they refused to do that and the more seasoned one just sits at her desk, messaging on her phone, giving smirks. Absolutely ridiculous service from them, I have bought multiple vehicles from there and take all of my business there but won't for much longer if this is the type of service and degrading value of customer care that they will be offering. More
