The Sales personnel have complete knowledge of their products and do their due diligence to see that you are pleased with the vehicle chosen. Doron Bodinger is an excellent finance agent taking the time to make sure you understand your contract, in depth. Mike Stehli, Sales Manager, is amazing! He can make the impossible, possible . . . If and when Mike retires, Findlay will be hard pressed to find a Sales Manager to replace Mike. Mike’s knowledge is an accumulation of years in the industry and an astute understanding of how to successfully close contracts. I can honestly say, from the front of the house to the back of the house, Findlay’s is the best. No wonder they are one of the most successful dealerships, actually, best in the West! More
Had an issue after a routine oil change. Service Manager Brian was phenomenal in addressing the issue. Had tow truck sent to my home to pick up car, oil change & filter, steam cleaned engine Service Manager Brian was phenomenal in addressing the issue. Had tow truck sent to my home to pick up car, oil change & filter, steam cleaned engine, reimbursed our cost for original service, & provided cleanup in the garage for oil spill. We have bought many cars & had service at Findlay… do so appreciate the prompt & caring approach! Thank you!!! More

I recently visited Findley Toyota for service and was disappointed with the decline in customer service and excessive charges. Every item on my bill seemed to be overpriced.
