This the 3rd service since we bought our Toyota and each visit has been pleasant. They have a vending area with snacks and drinks. Plenty of seating with a couple of televisions. Kevin was great. It took much longer than expected but the lounge area is comfy and enough snacks to keep me occupied. Although I was getting restless. Service was good. My only issue was a request for a quote on a spare car key, which came back at almost $477! For a car key.
