Everything was great until the person who drove my car to me got out the car. I spoke and he did not. When I got home I noticed the step of my vehicle was extremely dirty with oil and dirt. My cars are not museum pieces but I'm OCD about them. They are very thorough and explain everything. They always always use Toyota OEM parts ( I hate after market) and they treat my dog Sable like gold. They are very thorough and explain everything. My only complaint is people who make appointments should take priority. I make appointments to get in and ou. I just moved here to Henderson and have nobody to pick me up. Those Uber people all have SUVs and my dog is too old to get in one. I waited 2 hours before my car was brought in the shop to be worked on and I was a half hour early before my appointment. But great job as always. More
