The service department is very efficient and thorough. They repair our cars correctly the first time, so we never have to take them back because something didn't get fixed. My problem was not resolved. The issue of adaptive cruise control braking with either a vehicle on the right or that pulls over to the right only happens on highway. The dealersh The issue of adaptive cruise control braking with either a vehicle on the right or that pulls over to the right only happens on highway. The dealership did a 16 mile test drive that for no good reason included local roads. This issue is not trivial: unexpected and unnecessary braking when a vehicle pulls off to the right could cause a vehicle behind to hit my car. I am very disappointed that the dealership wasted time with testing on local roads as I informed them this is a highway only issue. More
