The wait was very long (3 hours) for an oil change even with an appointment. My husband is handicapped and it would have been nice to have had quicker service. My Camry Hybrid battery needed replacement. I couldn’t take my car to get a new factory battery installed. The service representative Vincent took fantastic care of me. He understood my inability to come in and proceeded to accommodate me by scheduling an appointment to have a technician come to my home to install a new battery. On the scheduled date Vince called me to explain the technician could not come as planned, but he sent a valet to jump and drive my car to the dealership, coordinated the repair, and had the valet return the car to me. Vince was amazing; he coordinated everything, kept me informed, and was happy to accommodate my needs. Findlay Toyota has been a great experience every time I have had my Camry serviced there. I will continue to go there because of the level of service. More

Everything was great until the person who drove my car to me got out the car. I spoke and he did not. When I got home I noticed the step of my vehicle was extremely dirty with oil and dirt. It looked like so me got out the car. I spoke and he did not. When I got home I noticed the step of my vehicle was extremely dirty with oil and dirt. It looked like someone had dirty boots got in and out of my vehicle. I then understood why the guy didn’t want to look at me or speak. I will return to Findlays but will thoroughly look at my vehicle before leaving. It would have taken 2 minutes to wipe the area More

My cars are not museum pieces but I'm OCD about them. They are very thorough and explain everything. They always always use Toyota OEM parts ( I hate after market) and they treat my dog Sable like gold. They are very thorough and explain everything. They always always use Toyota OEM parts ( I hate after market) and they treat my dog Sable like gold. You also have a great customer base because they're nice to my dog, too. My only complaint is people who make appointments should take priority. I make appointments to get in and ou. I just moved here to Henderson and have nobody to pick me up. Those Uber people all have SUVs and my dog is too old to get in one. I waited 2 hours before my car was brought in the shop to be worked on and I was a half hour early before my appointment. But great job as always. More
