Bought my 2021 Honda Accord at 20,000 miles, about a month later breaks were making noise. Took it in the shop and they said nothing was wrong. They said it was because of the heat. Months later cold we month later breaks were making noise. Took it in the shop and they said nothing was wrong. They said it was because of the heat. Months later cold weather came along and still heard the noise on the breaks. Took it in again and was told the same thing. Wish they could have least put new breaks on a car sold. To top it off the trunk now does not open with the key fob. And sensors going off for an oil change when in reality it does not need one. Don’t know what’s going on with the vehicle sold to me. But that’s just the car itself. At the least I can say that the staff was pretty friendly. More

The service representative Tony Prezes was on their repair and maintenance. I was impressed by their professionalism and their concern for my needs. The service representative Tony Prezes was on top of my time waiting for my service. He explained the cost ($600.) and the time needed (3 hrs). Which was 5 minutes early! He also offered to furnish to have a car service to take me home and bring me back. I said I would wait in the customer waiting area. Very impressed with comfortable setting.
