I was satisfied with the service BUT feel that I was over charged for the services rendered, especially when I look back at old statements. I will never let you change my filters again because of the labor c charged for the services rendered, especially when I look back at old statements. I can’t afford to pay that much. I’m a senior citizen. Do you have discounts for AARP or seniors? If not I will, for the first time in 24 years, have to have my car serviced someplace else. On these surveys you always ask the wrong questions. Usually everyone is nice and friendly. $137 on parts and $339 on labor with a total bill of $505.40. That is way too much for me. I just had tires replaced last time and I could have had that done cheaper too. More
