But. .I wasn't treated with respect. ..at one point I was even called a liar when discussing the price that was agreed upon and until "my friend" came out and showed I was telling the truth. The financing was all wrong and we had to return multiple times to get it fixed with young children with us. .. phone calls were never returned and even the work orders I have for the car haven't been fixed yet because of the parts either "misplaced" or "you didnt have time" even though thathe was the whole reason for the appt. Your dealership continues to be a bad torn in my side. I will broadcast my displeasure for first hyundai to anyone thinking about buying a car. By far my worst purchase and customer service experience ever. ... you should give "my friend" a raise. .she's the only reason people I knew considered your dealership. .but no one I know will again

From the dealership Private Response First Hyundai responded to this review December 10, 2015 Wayne, You purchased your Sonata from us with roughly 80,000 miles on it for a great price and when you sat with our business manager you were offered an extended service contract to protect your investment from any service issues that may come up. You Declined. You knew the mechanical coverage the vehicle came with and your risks, but you still declined. I'm very sorry you had a service issue, but before we sold you the vehicle it went through a 151 pt. inspection and we did any necessary work to the vehicle to ensure it's safety and it passed state inspection no problem. Unfortunately, we can't predict when a machine is going to have an issue nor can we be responsible for every vehicle after the warranty expires. It's unfair to bash "your friends" dealership because of this, especially after we treated you with respect, got you favorable financing, a great price, and made your transaction seamless. The truth is. .first hyundai tried over charging me almost 3000.. I had to go back and forth with 2 children cause the paperwork was wrong. .my family was disrespected and you haven't even fixed the work orders yet. .. so why would I expect you to stand behind your car. .even though I complained about what needs to be fix fixed from even before the first oil change. .. it's a joke

We just had a different price in our system compared to what you were quoted and had to verify because we were shocked how low it was. At this point it sounds like you have an issue with our parts and/or service center. I wasn't aware that you have been waiting on parts because I'm the Sales Manager and have no knowledge in that department, even though you're under the impression I am. But If you're currently still having an issue there, I will immediately get my Service Director, Harold Cimorelli, involved and get answers for you. Add a Private Response

I was caled a liar and even given a attitude. And when I said something my sales man made a comment about I should just sign cause it is finalized and I have a low credit score anyways. ..I was told to sign and refinance when my scores better. ...that don't even make sense. . I'm sorry if your dealership doesn't think 12gs is enough to pay for a car to be respected. ..but it's all my family can afford

Only reason I went through with this horrible deal. .is because yes my credit score was low. .and after your team put 14 hard credit inquiries on my report in 20 mins my score was even worse. .and I needed a car to drive my babies in. ... not even a month later that cars not safe
