THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS IS THE RUDEST, MOST INCOMPETENT LYING DEALERSHIP EVER! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE LAZY AND DO NOT PERFORM THEIR JOBS. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT LIES AND IS RUDE TO CUSTOMERS. THE MANAGERS FULLY SUPPORT THIS ATTITUDE. THEY ARE ALL SWEET AS HONEY UNTIL YOU BUY, THEN MAKE YOU WAIT EXTENDED TIMES, CALL YOUR PHONE WITHOUT ANNOUNCING THEMSELVES OR BEING THE SLIGHTEST POLITE. INSTEAD OF PROVIDING YOUR CAR THE SAME DAY THEY WILL SAY IT WILL TAKE 2-3 DAYS (NO MATTER HOW LOING IT HAS ALREADY BEEN). THEY DO NOT FINISH OR GO OVER THE CHECKLIST OF ITEMS YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PROVIDED IN YOUR CAR --> MINE WAS MISSING THE FIRST AID KIT. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT ELSE BECAUSE THEY ILLEGALLY KEPT MY WINDOW STICKER. I WOULD NAD WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. THEY MADE MY LIFE MISERABLE, STRESSFUL, AND OVERLY EXPENSIVE. I HAD TO PAY FOR GAS FOR A WASTED TRIP 30 MILES EACH WAY - 60 MILES IN TOTAL (AND EXTRA $12 IN GAS), PLUS $ TO HER SCHOOL FOR KEEPING HER LATE(R) IN THE DAY. IF I COULD, I WOULD RETURN THE VEHICLE AND BUY IT ELSEWHERE JUST TO AVOID THE WORKERS. THEY ONLY SHOWED ME SOME MANNERS AND RESPECT AFTER MY HUSBAND CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER ON DUTY. I DOUBT IT WILL LAST. AFTER MY PURCHASE THEY WERE ONLY POLITE TO MY HUSBAND, NOT ME! I ONLY HOPE IS THAT THEY REMEMBER TO BE POLITE AND I DON'T HAVE TO HAVE MY HUSBAND CALL THEM AGAIN OR COME AND REMIND THEM ABOUT THEIR DUTY TO CUSTOMERS AND BASIC POLITENESS. I AM NOT SURPRISED THAT THEY HAVE NOT CALLED TO CHECK ON MY SATISFACTIONS LEVEL. More
