However, Luisa is a bright spot and got me to change my mind--she was about my experience, and my wants and needs, not her own. I will look her was again next time I am in need.... a nice perk also is the 1st for life....hopefully the service dept has improved since my last visit... The positive in the service dept definitely is Tiffany though! the 2 of them are assets to 1st hyundai! More
