I always liked the look of the Sonata, but knew nothing about its performance, durability, features, etc. The salesman, Derek T., truly SOLD the car by his professionalism, sincerity, knowledge, and personalized service. He listened to all of my needs and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. He allayed all of my fears and trepidations about moving out of my comfort zone and purchasing a Hyundai. The service after purchasing the car was exceptional, as well. Derek spent over 2 hours going over all of the Sonata's features, warranties, etc. and reiterated that he would be available at any time in the future for assisting me.
