Mark was very attentive and went out of his way to contact us to help us with the insurance paperwork and get us our new car ASAP. I felt no pressure during the entire car purchasing experience, which is a first, at other dealerships, I’ve always felt pressured to make a decision to buy, but at First Hyundai, I felt very comfortable in taking enough time to make the best decision for our family. Mark made a point to get to know us to best serve our needs, and was extremely helpful in explaining all of the bells and whistles of the Tucson we were thinking of purchasing. I especially enjoyed that everyone spoke to BOTH my husband and I, instead of just speaking to my husband as most people assume he is the sole decision maker and knows more about cars; I felt respected at First Hyundai, which is important to me. First Hyundai made the car buying process very smooth and less stressful than any other car buying experience I’ve ever had. It’s a great relief to find a dealership that I can feel comfortable going back to the next time we need a new car. Thank you to the entire team @ First Hyundai for dedicating their time to us! More

Awful customer service I bought out my lease on my 2016 Tuscon, the whole process was one mess up after another. When I tried to talk to the manager (Eric) I got no satisfac I bought out my lease on my 2016 Tuscon, the whole process was one mess up after another. When I tried to talk to the manager (Eric) I got no satisfaction as a matter of fact all I got was more annoyed,he has absolutely no customer service skills,he was extremely rude and condesending. I have bought two other vehicles there and have always had good service but I can say I will never go to First Hyundai again. Great experience First Hyundai is a good place to buy your car. Car buying is never fun but Jeff and Hana made it so much better. Hana was amazing. Not only did she help me negotiate the very best deal I could get, but she also located the color I wanted and got it sent to the dealer. She was a pleasure to work with and if it wasn't for her I might not have bought my car there. I say this because the first day I went there, the manager said the deal would only last till the end of the day which wasn't an option for me because my husband wasn't with me, so I left. BUT Hana reached out to me after and got the deal extended and even negotiated more for a lower price! Jeff also helped me and was great as well. Thanks again Hana and Jeff! Dave approached me with a smile, and began helping me find my perfect car. Dave was easy to talk to, very funny, and lots of fun in general, unlike any car salesman I've ever met. Dave made the process to buying my new car easy and stress free, and we even had fun with it, which is more than any other dealer. Hes a great guy, hes honest, and I'd highly recommend talking to him at first Hyundai than any other dealership. Great job fam ? More
Happy with my new Sonata I recently went to First Hyundai to buy my second car from them. I ran in one day to see if the car I saw on line ( 2018 blue Sonata SEL) was still a I recently went to First Hyundai to buy my second car from them. I ran in one day to see if the car I saw on line ( 2018 blue Sonata SEL) was still available and that when I met Mark Calzo. He found out it was available and I made an appointment with him to come back when I had more time to check out the car. Mark work with me around my work schedule - and even came in on his day off because it was a good time for me. He wasn't pushy and listened to what my needs were. It is stressful buying a new car but Mark was kind to me and my brother who came to help me out, making it a more pleasant experience. He continually answered all my questions and even after I purchased the car helped me to set up the Blue Link and Android Auto. So Thank you again Mark Calzo for all you did for me. Also thanks to Eric Moura who was able to come down to a price I was happy with. And to Rod Franey who did the paperwork and financing with me. More

I wanted what I wanted and Mark and Katie helped make that happen. Katie held the keys until I could come out and test drive it and said she would inform me if any one else came to look at it. Nothing but problems Let me start by saying that within the last 5 years we have purchased/leased 3 vehicles from this dealership so it was not always bad. But everything we have dealt with over the last year or so has been nothing but headaches. I was keeping up with the first for life program to keep all the maintenance done on my vehicle at this location. I was also getting all of my recall work done here as well. About a year ago I brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation/oil change. Upon getting back into my vehicle after I was told it was all set I discovered that it looked like someone took their lunch break in my car. There was a soda in the cup holder and a bag of chips on the passenger seat. I was not happy. I tried contacting the service manager and was told he would be calling me to discuss the issue. He called while I was at work so I naturally couldn't answer the phone. I returned his call after work, they placed me on hold for 15 minutes and nobody ever answered my call, no call backs, nothing. Fast forward months later when my lease is about to end and I bring my vehicle in to discuss buyout options. I get a runaround and tell them all of the issues I have had with them and get a sad response back. They tell me that they have also had it with the service department and that they create headaches for the sales team and that they don't blame me for not wanting my vehicle serviced there. But they also tell me there is nothing they can do for me. Then they tell me that an $860 additional fee is being added on to my lease buy out so that the warranty can be carried over from the lease to the vehicle purchase. Tried discussing a few things and was stone-walled so we walked out. Brought my vehicle to another dealership and was not given any run around. Was able to purchase for the negotiated price on my lease, with the warranty transferring over with no additional fees. They were even willing to waive the extra 3,000 miles on my vehicle if I wanted to get into a new lease (First Hyundai told me they could not waive the miles). Our 3 vehicles and my parents (who also own a Hyundai) are now switching to this new dealership because of the hassle and schemes that happen at First. We continued to go to First for so long because we didn't know how good the other options actually were and had nothing to compare it to. I advise everyone to shop around and do their homework, what one dealership tells you might not happen at another dealership and could cost you lots of money. More
