Came in for routine maintenance. Came in for an oil change and a replacement battery. The mechanic noticed I had a break light out. After advising me, I had him replace it. Great car buying experience Loved working with Dave Sacco. He went above and beyond what the other 5 dealerships did. He went out if his way to make sure I knew how all the safe Loved working with Dave Sacco. He went above and beyond what the other 5 dealerships did. He went out if his way to make sure I knew how all the safety features worked and especially the adaptive cruise control. All the other sales people assumed I knew how it worked, (and knew I drove a 12 yr old mini van). I never felt pressured to buy and he knew I was trying all the competition. I really liked that the salesperson didn't have to ride along on the test drive,vunlike all the other dealers. The only time Dave came with me was to make sure I knew how to use the cruise control and safety features and then left me on my own. My last test drive, I was told to take it for an extended drive and ran some errands to make sure it was the right choice for me. I took about a month to decide and would not hesitate to recommend Dave and First Hyundai. Loved getting to wear my Harry Potter gear to pick up my new Santa Fe. More

Service Appointment So I took Bella (my new, blue 2017 Sonata) for her second service appointment. I appreciated being able to get an appointment that was convenient for So I took Bella (my new, blue 2017 Sonata) for her second service appointment. I appreciated being able to get an appointment that was convenient for my schedule. They got me right in and out. I was able to wait comfortably in their waiting area where refreshments, tv and magazines were available. Rob explained to me what services Bella had received and when her next service would be. I paid my greatly discounted rate (thanks to the terrific service plan I have that includes free oil changes as long as I own my car) and drove happily off into the sunset (ok, maybe not sunset since it was 1:30 in the afternoon, but you get my meaning) The only room for improvement I might mention is that I was unable to schedule my appointment online and the chat person was only able to suggest that I call. Minor annoyance but something someone should take a look at. More
