He had me test drive a few models and decided on the car I wanted. No BS it was 2k cheaper than the same model anywhere in a 100 mile radius. Biggest thing I appreciated was the fact the online price is the actual price when you get to the dealership. Dave was awesome worked with me to get the price right for my family and made sure the car looked showroom when I picked it up. Anthony the sales manager got me the deal I wanted. Great experience would recommend anyone looking for a straight deal with no games from a dealer. More

Always hated going to dealer to by a vehicle Never enjoyed going to the dealer and buying a vehicle. A good friend of mine had bought several cars from First Hyundai and was always happy. So after searching on the internet I found they had a great selection of certified preowned Santa Fe's and the prices were better than other dealers. I bought a 2015 Santa Fe with the ultimate package with 29,000 miles beautiful vehicle. After taking delivery it had a few issues the windshield had some blemishes right in the line of site of the driver, also when driving to work the first week the check engine light came on then i noticed windshield washer fluid on my garage floor after parked over nite. Well after being patient for someone higher up to make a decision about what to do with the windshield they replaced it, they also scanned the computer and found that the thermostat housing had to be replaced they also fixed the windshield washer fluid from leaking. What can I say I am one happy customer!! I want to say the service consultants make this place, especially Tiffany and Angela Thank You for taking care of me. More
Lots of wasted time and lack of follow up. The cons definitely outweigh the pros with this place. To begin...we went on a Friday near closing time.. spoke with Mike and he asked that we come ba The cons definitely outweigh the pros with this place. To begin...we went on a Friday near closing time.. spoke with Mike and he asked that we come back the following day. I understand it was near closing so we rearranged our day to go back the following day. Long story short...after being lied at to my face by the sales manager..I walked out and said I was done. We didn't NEED a new car. I hear another arrogant employee mock me on my way out. I wait in the car and MAGICALLY they were able to make the payment work. Why waste our time? We gave you all the specifics of what we wanted and you swore you couldn't do it...but then could? So my girlfriend signed all the paperwork and we are told 3 days she would have the car...we were told she would be provided a rental in the meantime but then that story changed...then it turns into 5 business days. We called the dealership for an update because she already made her first payment yet you failed to provide a vehicle. It would've been a different story if she didn't have to make the first payment the day she signed papers....but she did. The woman on the phone was no help and dared to ask what we were looking to accoplish...uh, get the car we already started paying for? ....shes clueless so she takes down the information to call back...guess what? No call back! Finally we get word we can pick up the car on of course the 5th business day..I voice my frustration with our sales rep yet again. He can only say I'm sorry so many times. We leave and realize somehow over 40 miles was put on the car from when we test drove and signed the documents. What did you do with the car? Once that paperwork was signed that car should have been driven by no one except us unless it was for a business only purpose and I can't imagine needing to add 40 miles to put the moonroof in and wash the car that should have all been done in-house. To add to that we go to shut the driver side door and a panel fell off the side because when they put the moonroof in they broke a clip and didn't put the panel in correctly and just left it however it was. We reached out to Mike and we were told to go back today to the dealership to get it fixed. By now I am livid and I told my girlfriend it's probably best she go without me this time because I'm going to give whoever a pice of my mind, customers around or not. Mind you she notified the salesperson he said to bring it in today she goes to bring it and they don't have the clip to fix it. Yet AGAIN more miles added to the lease for NOTHING. I will NEVER buy or lease a vehicle from this place. I will be sure to spread the feedback I have to anyone I know looking to buy a car. We are still waiting for resolution on the mystery miles as well as the broken frame panel. I am utterly disgusted with your dealership and hope to never have to step foot in there again. Unfortunately we are locked into a 3 year lease and will have to return for service. I'll try to avoid those trips and save myself the aggrivation. Guaranteed you will not see a repeat customer out of us. More
