Routine oil change I bought my car in 2011 from this deal shop and overall am Please with the service department. I am not giving 5 stars as I cannot see why a routine oil change takes 1.5 hours. This was explained as a 12 point inspection was made also. Still not seeing how this would take 1.5 hours with an appointment. Oil was changed and tires checked for air, no rotation, maybe fluid fill up for the windshield. I simply can’t wait for this length of time in the future. More
