The overall service was fine, the only comment I have is if you have a multipoint inspection with check boxes for everything checked but the maintenance minder isn't reset when you get in to drive away, it if you have a multipoint inspection with check boxes for everything checked but the maintenance minder isn't reset when you get in to drive away, it makes me start to wonder if everything was really checked, or just marked off. I did circle back around and it was taken care of but the last thing you want in a customer as they drive away is, was it really checked, did they miss something? More

First Texas Honda has serviced all of our Honda’s for over 7 years. We have been using Jack Wright as our Service Advisor whenever possible, and for the last 3 years working with Jack exclusively. The service department is excellent, with minimal service issues. Of course, from time to time things will happen (like the mechanic who worked on my car and took my keys home with him)! So, Jack immediately gave me a loaner car and defused the issue. I know dealerships cost more than private garages, but I’ve had enough bad dealings (I.e. returning car next day with same issue) at garages that in my case anyway, it far easier to have it done right the first time, then having to return again, and again. First Texas Honda has earned my business because of quality service work, and a Service Advisor that works to keep my business! More
