Again on this purchas we returned to Fitzgerald Buick and specifically asked for Craig Hassett because he was so responsive on a previous purchase. Again on this purchase he was helpful and facilitative. Appreciated the assistance of the business office in completing the purchase and the follow up calls from the dealer to be sure we were satisfied. When we took our previous Buick( LaCrosse) in for service we had much higher satisfaction than our previous dealings with Coleman Cadillac in Bethesda. We purchased the new Regal to have a smaller car and moved from a lease agreeement. More

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. Our initial contact with Fitzgerald Rockville GMC was via email and Eyal's responsiveness was exceptional. When my wife and I showed up to the dealershi initial contact with Fitzgerald Rockville GMC was via email and Eyal's responsiveness was exceptional. When my wife and I showed up to the dealership to look at the car we were inquiring about, I was greeted by name. Eyal informed me that he would have Axel ready to show me the car when I arraived and he was. He offered to drive the car to the front of the dealership so that we didn't have to wander a parking lot in the heat. Axel did a fantastic job of showing us all of the features of the car and was a joy to test drive with. Once we returned to the dealership, we felt no pressure to buy. We fell in love with the car and after a few minutes to discuss the purchase, we decided to bring the car home. The entire purchasing process was painless. The no-hassle pricing was fantastic and they gave us a great deal on our trade. I felt taken care of and not taken for a ride. They have an exceptional group of people there that genuinely care and it shows in their professionalism and attention to detail. More

I recently purchased a new 2008 GMC Yukon Denali from Fitzgerald Pontiac Buick GMC. I have been in the automotive industry for 10 years on the technology side, and have seen every type of dealership (fro Fitzgerald Pontiac Buick GMC. I have been in the automotive industry for 10 years on the technology side, and have seen every type of dealership (from entry level to high line to exotics) in almost every market across the country. There are a lot of good dealerships out there, and unfortunately few bad there are some bad ones... but this one was exceptional. I have purchased a lot of cars over the past ten years, everything from sports cars, sport utility vehicles, pick up trucks, and luxury sedans, and this was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Eyal Touge and the Fitzgerald team were responsive, timely, and professional in every aspect. The staff was polite & courteous and a real pleasure to work with.
