The first part of the service was great.
Your waiting room is very comfortable. I was seen promptly, and after about 1.5 hours I received the video for my inspection. The problem (as usual)

Problem is don't know if can trust them not to upsell a
service.
Should not be charging to use credit cards! When Jack was alive this didn't happen.
