I spent all my time shopping at another Jeep Dealer in Branford until I decided on the vehicle I finally chose that fit my wants and needs. When it was time to discuss price in Branford, the salesman was unwilling to budge and actually said to me " maybe this vehicle is out of your league". That is the last time I will visit that dealership and I live nearby. I went to Fitzpatricks and dealt with Mark, I explained my experience right up front and he said let me see what we can do to earn your business. Not only did he surpass the final numbers that Branford said was final, the monthly cost fit my budget which was not "out of my league" Shame on you Branford Jeep, not only did you lose a customer but I just bought my daughter a Jeep Compass from Mark in November. 2 sales lost for Branford, @ wins for Fitzpatricks! A soft top came with my new Wrangler Unlimited and instead of trying to cram in in the back, they offered to deliver it to my home...25miles away...and they did! The negotiations were fair, I'm happy with the price I paid for the Wrangler and was pleasantly surprised at the trade in value I was given on my old Jeep. Superb Went to Fitzpatricks looking into buying a new 4 door Wrangler Unlimited. My wife has never been the biggest fan of wranglers but I had my mind set. Went to Fitzpatricks looking into buying a new 4 door Wrangler Unlimited. My wife has never been the biggest fan of wranglers but I had my mind set. Being that I worked in the area I decided to stop by and check out there inventory. That's when a young man names Mark came out to help. After many questions and answers I decided to take the jeep for a test drive. I feel in love. Being that I have owned 3 others models (81 cj 95 yj and 98 tj) I knew what to expect getting in. To my surprise the jeeps 6 spd manual transmission shifted much smoother than I expected and the outside noise wasn't half as loud as I can remember. I called my wife and told her she needed to check this baby out. The next day we returned to see Mark and took my wife in the Jeep. 4 doors or not she want impressed. With wanted to add to our family she decided the wrangler unlimited just would not do. That's when Mark introduced her to our Grand Cherokee. All the bells and whistles with an incredibly smooth ride. All the bells and whistles my wife was sold. Mark helped answer any and all questions we had (since I knew very little about grand cherokee compared to the wranglers). After a couple of days thinking about whether or not we were going to purchase it the dealership actually gave us our time and space (believe It or not). Mark later told me it was because he knows the Jeep will sell itself. The dealership handled all the financing like they have done it before (which of course they have) and we were bringing our baby home. Within a couple of weeks of purchasing I decided I wanted to add a backup camera so I took it down there and they installed it as soon as they got the parts in. I even bring my jeep there for oil changes they are quick in and out. Without a doubt the easiest place I ever bought a vehicle from. Can't wait to go back and buy my four door wrangler in a couple years!!!! And I have already told Mark I will not buy from another dealer. He is my go to guy and I know he will get it done. SUPERB!!! Highly recommendded!!! More

Crooks!!!!! I purchased my first Jeep with them in 2009, sales service was beyond excellent. Once you signed the papers the service part was out the window. I purchased another Jeep at a different dealer which is a little out of the way for me. I reached out to Fitzpatricks’ to enable my tow harness, quoted me for $200.00. Mind you this was not install, it was to program a code, other dealers charge about 60$. More
