I had a pleasant experience purchasing my 2023 VW GTI from Alexander at TASCA CDJR of White Plains. Upon entering the showroom, I found it clean, neat, and welcoming, with several smiling, professional staff members greeting me at the front desk. This was a noticeable improvement over several other dealerships I had visited recently. The car I saw on their website was exactly as advertised, presented clean—and the test drive went smoothly. Negotiations with Alexander F. and his manager, Jeff M., were courteous and professional, and we worked through several meetings to agree on a fair price. After we finalized the numbers and moved into the paperwork, an unexpected issue with the payment arose. Brandon G., their new Finance Manager, handled the situation quickly and professionally. Afterward, Alex made a few final adjustments to the GTI based on my last-minute change of mind and took the time to explain the vehicle’s computer features, even though it isn’t a model from his franchise. I drove away happy, and so far, everything has been great.

Wanted to trade in my Lincoln for a beach baby and came across Steve Amato, who was so chill and easygoing. He found me a beautiful Jeep Cherokee L Sumit . At first, I wasn't crazy about the interior color (peanutbutter), but when he and Mike Pellegrino put their heads together, they came up with a fantastic deal that I just couldn't refuse.. with a great trade-in value for my car. And Joe/John in finance, who got me a fantastic warranty on it, I left a happy customer !! I would return ! The dealership is beautiful, the refreshment area and restrooms were immaculate. just wanted to pop in for an update, my jeep is in the process of needing some warranty service, i made the mistake of calling another dealer near where i would be for work, oh what a disaster and how unwelcome can you possibly make someone feel on the phone, i then proceeded to call Jeep Wave Executive Customer Care, John over there immediately helped me out, popped open a case# for me and told me to call Bill Volz which is what I did, they have always taken care of me with this Trailhawk, and also with my previous Liberty, great sales and service departments all around, cant wait to have my jeep fixed to leave another glowing review for the BV team, thanks to all and I will miss having Joe Verde around in service, what a great guy, looking forward to working just as closely with Jim, rumor has it he is just as great as Joe was

This dealer had a couple used vehicles that were comparable to another I found and liked at a different dealership. The salesman created an appointment for me that I didn't ask for. Then when I was able to stop by earlier and texted ahead of time that I was on my way, I was left in the dealership for 20 minutes without him seeing me after he was informed that I was there. On the phone with him a couple days later, he was trying to convince me that some remaining factory warranty on the used vehicles was only available if the vehicle was Certified Pre-Owned. Theirs were CPO and the other one at the other dealership was not. He was making some effort to come close to the deal I was getting through the other dealership, but was dishonest and pushy. I bought the vehicle from the other dealership.
