Decent price-horrible service and respect Buying was fine. Transmission went after 2500 miles on my 2015 Cherokee. I did not want the vehicle after that. After a complaint to Chrysler, they instructed the dealer to give me an employee price on another vehicle which is between 8-14% off sticker. They offered me a price LESS than 8% off. Also told me that there were no black vehicles available in the area-I found 8 the night before so they didn't even try to find one. REALLY! I called for an oil change today (Monday) and was told next Tuesday was the first available. I called another dealer and was in and out in less than an hour. More
