We purchased our 2017 Silverado Truck from Sam Pack Five Star Chevrolet. Before leaving the Dealership we were taken, and introduced to the Service Writers in the Service Department. The personal and friendly service we get when we call Jeff to make an appointment, to the video we're sent from the Service Technician outlining what was done, snd suggestions of service that will need to be done. This is top notch service I don't hear my friends talk about receiving when they have their vehicles serviced.
