Initially I had planned to go through costco to buy my truck and Mr. Travis Ferguson contacted me since I had inquired about a truck I had seen on their website. . I decided to give him a chance and I am very happy I did. He patiently responded to few more inquiries, sat down and explained to us in detail the major differences between different trims. I asked then Mr. Ferguson to give me his best price and he did it was well below Costco pricing and any other dealership in the DFW area. Overall negotiation took less than 5 minutes. I am overall very pleased with my purchase. Mr. Ferguson took the pain of haggling out of the equation. Also I want to give additional complements to his financial manager Mr. Tut Edwards. He did not pressure me into buying anything. In fact I told him I wanted extended warranty and he offered it to me at a very reasonable price, I had done my online shopping prior to that and he matched the online pricing. John Little is an Outstanding employee. Four years ago I bought a 2011 fusion from him. The car was wrecked and so they total it. John was very helpful and fi is an Outstanding employee. My lease was expiring this month so John was very helpful in helping me fill out the paperwork needed to terminate my lease. I needed to get an estimate on the damage done to my car. John help me find a collision specialist shop, he drove me there, And helped me complete the paperwork needed to terminate my lease. A friend was supposed to come and take me home but he called and canceled John offered to drive me home after he got off work. This is going above and beyond the regular call duty .
