I won't take my vehicles anywhere else! I had to take in my 2014 Ford Focus because my check engine light came on. It was late in the day on a Thursday and they were very busy. We were greet I had to take in my 2014 Ford Focus because my check engine light came on. It was late in the day on a Thursday and they were very busy. We were greeted by a very kind gentleman who took our basic information and told us a service writer would be with us shortly. Considering how busy they were, we expected to wait a while. However, our Service Writer, Cameron Worthy was out in less than 2 minutes to introduce himself, find out what was wrong with the car, and get more information. He explained to us, up front, that it'd most likely be Monday before they could even look at it to diagnose the issue. Mr Worthy was extremely nice and polite, listening to our concerns, and assured us that we'd be taken care of. I feel it safe to say that we were in and out within 15 minutes, if not less, and felt totally at ease leaving my car. I called the dealership at 1:30, Monday afternoon, to check on the status of my car and spoke again with Mr. Worthy. I didn't really expect them to have been able to get to it yet but thought I'd check anyway. I was overjoyed to learn that not only had my car's issue been diagnosed, but that the issue was still covered under the warranty, the part had already been replaced, and they were waiting for the transmission department to reset the code and turn off the 'check engine' light. By Tuesday evening, I was back in my car and couldn't be happier! Sadly, I didn't purchase my vehicle at Five Star Ford and previous experience with the other dealership had made me leery and uncomfortable, not only with their rudeness and disrespect, but also their complete incompetence in providing basic vehicle services. From now on, I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else except Five Star Ford. And when I'm ready to look at getting into another vehicle down the road, I will absolutely be purchasing my vehicle from them! Thank you Five Star Ford and Mr. Cameron Worthy for making this such a pleasant experience! You've gained an extremely satisfied and loyal customer for life!! More

My father passed away in November 2016, and Bob Nemri at Five Star Ford provided me with an excellent buying experience, and a very special one. My father passed away in November 2016, and in honor of his passing I decided to trade his Lincoln in for a brand-new Mustang. My father owned the very first Mustang off of his local car lot in 1964, and another one in 1985. The Ford Mustang was by far his favorite sports car, and we always talked about him getting another one. Unfortunately, he passed before we were able to do that, so in honor of him and so that he would be with me in spirit, I decided to look at Mustangs at the Five Star lot, which was close to his home here in Texas. While viewing all of the Mustangs on display, I met Bob. During a nice conversation, I gave Bob my info, and told him the story of my father's passing, and my intention to eventually trade in his old car for a new Mustang. As I was about to leave the dealership, Bob came running out to catch me. He asked me about my father, by name, which I never mentioned to him, and later revealed that he had just been speaking to my father on the phone two weeks before his passing. He told me my father was a nice guy and that he was sorry to hear about his passing. At that moment, it really felt like I was on the right track as it seemed kind of magical that Bob knew my father before he passed. Of all the dealerships and all of the sales people that I could've worked with, I happened to meet Bob. Later, I also found Bob's business card in my father's desk, with a handwritten note about the cars that he had test driven with Bob. To make a long story short, I ended up special ordering a 2017 Mustang California Special through Bob, basically my dad's dream car. Throughout the whole experience, Bob provided me with excellent and personalized service. He answered every question I had, no matter how small or obvious, and when the Mustang was finally delivered it turned out to be absolutely perfect. Every day driving it is a special experience for me, and Bob was a huge part of making this happen. I give both Bob, and Five Star Ford, my highest recommendation has both he and the rest of the staff were absolutely professional, enthusiastic, and a pleasure to work with. More
