Good experience Bashar Nemri and Freddie in financing were awesome. Very helpful, polite and professional. Unfortunately we had a bad experience at the beginning with Bashar Nemri and Freddie in financing were awesome. Very helpful, polite and professional. Unfortunately we had a bad experience at the beginning with the first guy in the financing side that was assigned to us. I cannot even remember his name because he was rude, pushy and spoke to me in a very condescending way. I guess he must have thought that I was not really going to buy a car. When I told him that his attitude was very unprofessional, he quickly went out of his office to look for somebody else. Our intention from the moment we went into the dealership was to buy 2 cars that same day and they almost lost our business because of that guy. At the end we did end up buying the 2 cars but I wish that I was not treated that way at the beginning. I also wish they would not be that pushy when trying to offer you their extended warranty packages. The best one there that somehow managed to make this experience acceptable was Bashar Nemri. Freddie and Bashar made it all happened because I was almost about to walk out of the door. More
