Everything went smooth considering my credit situation and the small down payment I had at the time. Doreen didn't try to put me in just any ole car, it was something I could afford with great miles and a good monthly payment. She listened and got me what I needed. We will be purchasing again next year for our son. More

Great Experience with Purchase of 2015 Explorer I initially contacted Five Star Ford via the internet and requested a quote on a 2015 Explorer. Got a quick response from Sherri Goodwin and set up an I initially contacted Five Star Ford via the internet and requested a quote on a 2015 Explorer. Got a quick response from Sherri Goodwin and set up an appointment to come look at the vehicle that weekend. When we got there she had the vehicle ready for us to look at and went through all the features with us. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and they were very quick to match an offer I received from another Ford dealer in the area. No haggling or "let me talk to my manager" scenarios were needed. They quickly appraised my trade in and came back with a fair offer for it. I was expecting to get a low offer on the trade-in because I was getting such a good deal on the new vehicle but they didn't do that. Working with Kenny Wilder in finance was easy and he was very straight with us about what he recommended and what services he didn't think we needed. This was such an easy transaction that I would definitely go back to them again. It's clear Five Star Ford is getting away from the mold of the old school miserable car buying experience. They seem to genuinely care about their customers and appreciate their business. If you're looking for a fair deal then this is a good dealership to visit. More
